Pricing & Registration

We have chosen Zoom Events as the online platform to broadcast our event. Every attendee will need a free or paid Zoom account to access the online event. Before you start your registration, please make sure you already have a Zoom account or sign up to Zoom here. For more information check out our FAQ below

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply for the reduced rate?

If you have been selected to present a:

  • Oral presentation
  • Moderated short session
  • Pitch session

then you are entitled to register under this category. Only presenting authors can apply for this rate.

I can only attend one day of the conference. Do you offer a discount?

The registration fee is for two days. We do not offer discount for one day attendance.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do not offer group registration discount. Every attendee should register individually.

Do you offer student discounts?

We do not offer student registration discount. If you present an oral, moderated or pitch session your registration fee is reduced.

I’m not receiving announcements or emails from the ESUCI organization.

We are sending our announcements and information through Messages might end up in your junk, spam or trash folder. Make sure to mark our messages as not junk or spam and next time you will receive it in your inbox. Fill in the “Stay Up To Date” box above the Frequently Asked Questions on this page to register to our frequent updates.

Why do I need a Zoom account?

We have chosen Zoom Events to webcast our conference. To access you will need a Zoom account (either paid or free ). If you don’t have a Zoom account, make sure you sign up first, before starting the registration process through our website. The email used to sign up for Zoom should also be the same for registration for the event (this is evident!). Every registred attendee will receive a unique code to access the event, which is linked to their Zoom account.

I completed my registration, but did not receive a link to connect to the event.

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter and email from us. In this email is mentioned that you will receive the link to connect to the event around January 18-19, 2022. Please check your spam/trash folder for this email or send us a message to no later than January 19 12PM (CET/Amsterdam time) if you haven’t received anything.
